Unlike you Al I don't need the fucking President to tell me what to think

So that was a pretty shitty attempt to answer. Sounds like you girls are living in fear. As usual

The President doesn't leave his First Amendment rights at the door of the Oval Office. If you are seriously trying to argue that he could intimidate the press in any way you need to light yourself on fire.

He can say whatever the fuck he wants about the media. We? are all thinking worse about them.

    Silly

    Move on

    Thud.

How does criticism abridge the freedom of the press?

Can one of you stop crying long enough to attempt an answer? TIA

Maybe he could stop being a thin skinned faggot and get to work on something besides his shitty golf swing.

    Just a thought.

So he isn't hurting the press then.

That's what I thought. Maybe you should dry your tears and see if Shane is ready for another round

He's not hurting the press. I never claimed he was.

Discrediting the media (anyone that criticizes him is fake news or failing) has promoted a dichotomy of truth in America.

Anyone who paid attention during the election knows that the media's credibility is already shot. They wanted Hiltard to win and spun the truth to hide her flaws while promoting a narrative that Trump is a KKK loving racist. Same as it ever was.

The NYT journalist that broke the Flynn story also broke the private email server story.

    But still...

I think everyone should be able to agree on basic facts, but these days even that is a fight.

You think people should agree with you. It is common among humans. But also a fallacy

Hard to do when the ethos is "first to air" versus "first to print" after verifying and confirming the story. There was a time when facts mattered:

Ben Bradlee to Woodward and Bernstein: You know the results of the latest Gallup Poll? Half the country never even heard of the word Watergate. Nobody gives a shit. You guys are probably pretty tired, right? Well, you should be. Go on home, get a nice hot bath. Rest up... 15 minutes. Then get your asses back in gear. We're under a lot of pressure, you know, and you put us there. Nothing's riding on this except the, uh, first amendment to the Constitution, freedom of the press, and maybe the future of the country. Not that any of that matters, but if you guys fuck up again, I'm going to get mad. Goodnight.

Not at all. It's easy when people agree with you, but ultimately kind of boring.

But enough about opinions, I was talking about facts...
