Let me see if I understand the author's main point(s):
#1 - Intelligence leaks threaten America's democratic institutions
#2 - Investigations into illegal activities by public officials should be carried out by congress
#3 - If congress does not carry out investigations then the public should hold congress accountable.
How does the public hold congress accountable if there are no leaks to indicate that congress isn't doing its job? This is a circular, contradictory, bullshit argument. -

Agreed to a point. Democrats are more apt to call out their guy (how many were pissed at Obama the last few years and now many refused to support Hillary). That being said, it's amazing how FS Trump is. Look at the date of Trump's tweet that I posted from Derek's article. Shit leaked about North Korea while he dealt with it in public, the next morning he's upset that shit leaked and blaming illegal leaks.
I keep thinking Trump is trolling the media and he has a plan. But reality is, I think he's just delusional.
