Draymond Green just put up a triple double on my Grizz. He has 4 points.

12 boards, 10 assists, 10 steals.

Has more blocks than points too.

There's no one like him.

    He's a superstar ...

Superstars are players that regularly dictate the outcome of games ... Draymond does that on a regular basis

    No doubt.

But he does it in ways that are typically considered reserved for "role players". Superstar role player is pretty apt.

To me Robert Horry is a superstar role player ...

Draymond is a top 10 player in the league ...

Calling him a role player is underselling him IMO

Robert Horry was a clutch shooter. Nothing "superstar" about him.

Draymond Green is an Olympian and an All Star. You make a big deal out of the dumbest stuff.

Everybody is a role player to one degree or another ...

A role player is someone that IMO is a rotation guy that has a limited skill set in that they do one or two things exceptionally well but are flawed in other areas.

Draymond isn't that kind of player ...

What you said just isn't accurate and driven by your dislike of the Warriors

I love the Warriors and I agree with it completely.

The only thing that Draymond doesn't do at an elite level is score ...

I'm not convinced though that if he played for some .500 team that he wouldn't be a 20-10-6 player though.

I don't think any of us disagree on Draymond the player, it's just the meaning of "superstar role player" we disagree on. Not a big deal.

    This

He helped our Cavs bigly last year and may do so again this year.

Green would disappear on another team if he had to carry them night after night. Big difference between being #4 with three hall of fame guys on your side than being in Sacramento.
