I think it's technically true. He only started 3 games at WR as a sophomore and none his freshman year.

Yes NFL GMs will have reservations, but speed like that is fucking rare and always has to be accounted for.

Good point. Still, not like he was buried on the bench and cane out if nowhere, he was always heavily involved in the offense except for his stint on defense.

There's plenty of pre 2016 tape on him. I seriously doubt anyone's not drafting him because he technically only started 17 games at WR. If anything that might suggest he has more untapped potential.
