Because they pay at the Federal minimum wage level.dhdawg said:If you guys really think unions are just parasites why do right to work states have on average worse wages worse benefits far worse working conditions?
Turds shouldn't make more than half of the diamonds.
Minimum wage workers only exist to make the lives of people who generate money easier or to do something that is such a minimal skilled task you're expected to be proficient by the end of day one.
Why middle class idiots want the turds to get a pay raise meaning the government just nicely raised taxes on the poor and everyone who makes more than them just took a pay cut is FS.

Not only do some unions undermine employers but they undermine the workers they represent. In most cases, they create ineffective systems that disincentivizes a worker's performance.
It's illogical to create a system that length of employment outweighs performance. Teacher unions are a perfect example. You have some 20 year teachers sitting on their ass showing movie videos all day collecting 75k/year, while the 3rd year teacher down hall is working her ass off making 40k.
3rd year teacher down the hall is brunette. Keep up. -

Once unions are out of the way we can get back to paying 10-year-olds $1.25 for a 14-hour workday and start exporting shoes, cell phones, and golf clubs to China and Mexico. Then Mexico will beg us to let them pay for the wall. Triple win for 'Merica!
