Not to get too far ahead of things, but we're going to focus largely on the 2017 class tonight on the pod. We'll follow up on our thoughts on 2018 in a future pod later in the month.

Right now:

QB - Sirmon and possibly interest in Yankoff (would be amazing to get the kid for the name alone).

RB - Tre'Shaun Harrison, TJ Pledger was at Chaminade and Beno Bryant would've been his position coach this year but he transferred to IMG.

WR - Osbourne, Spiker... Michael Wilson, Chase Williams. Potentially an in state kid named Daniel Arias and another guy I like Anthony Stell (who could also be a DB).

TE - Culp, Jake Peters and then there are a couple other big time guys we probably won't get like Brevin Jordan out of Vegas. There's a kid named Jarrell Anderson in the South End that could get some looks too depending on how he progresses.

OL - Two kids in Oregon I love: Jaramillo and Marco Brewer. Then two kids in Cali we might have a shot with: Steven Jones and Justin Dedich who are teammates. I honestly don't think Straußer can ever get a black kid with a Pac-12 offer to sign, so that pretty much means no on Jones, but we can hope. It's a shit year for OLs. This was the big year and we fucked up. Don't even ask about Penis Swell out of Utah, we have no shot.

DL - Tommy Togiai out of Highland HS in Poca is the big fish we have the best shot with, but will probably go to USC. We will be trying to get one of 10,000 3-star poly types from Utah to look at us, but it will never happen. We should just fold the program.

LB - Pretty much all our LBs have come from Gregory's territory in NorCal or kids in WA. We already have Jack Sirmon, the other kid in Washington is white (Wilson from Sumner) so we probably should pass. I haven't looked carefully at NorCal LBs yet.

DB - Kyler Gordon from Arch Murph is a top target and I am sure we will get him. Beyond that it's kind of a crap shoot at this point because there are not a lot of clear kids, but I fucking love Talanoa Hufunga out of OR - he's like a more physically imposing Taylor Rapp. There are two other borderline guys in-state Malik Putney (a shitty S from EC) and Jovan McConico who is a traitor and left K-M, so fuck him.
