The bands from the 60's and 70's have too strong of a hold on these lists.

It's become some shit where you feel you have to list them just because.

I hardly ever listen to any of them, but still list them.

No you don't. I have heard them so many times that most didn't make my play list. Even the ones on my top ten like Zep only have 5 songs that made the cut. I have massive amounts of Neil Young and Hall and Oates. Then a bunch of one or two offs and most from the 80's on because it is less familiar.

I spent the 80's on dance music and Black women. Then I got married. Fuck

I'm surprised Wham! and Pat Benatar didn't get more votes.

Bands from the 60s and 70s had more musical talent.

It's why ugly mother fuckers like Mick Jagger that could sing get loads of pussy:

Now it's all about a brand and marketing. You have to be a hipster with a bunch of boring, overproduced songs that someone else wrote for you.

All true. The masses like what they are told to like. Talent aside, everyone was told to like the Beatles, Stones, Zeppelin, etc. Now they are told to like Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Bieber, and Drake.

The real bands today don't get played on radio and don't get the initial push. They are basically resigned to having a smaller, loyal, cult following.

I discovered Taylor Swift by myself on an old show on CMT called Crossover or something. I don't think she was even legal. She played with Def Leppard and they did both of their songs.

Her voice is for real and I will fight anyone that says different

Fuck Nirvana. Fucking fuck fuck fuck fuck them. I might so tired of reading how amazing they were. They had one great album followed some ok shit before Courtney cunt blew Kurts head off. They didn't put out enough music to be great. To be great you need to put out great shit of a long period of time. Influential? Sure. Great, ehh, no.

And if you if don't like Tool then you are a tool. #majorburn

I couldn't name a Tool song if my life depended on it.

    Old, rich, white.

Tool is the only band aside from Modest Mouse that I actually have listened to every single song they have.

    So fuck you.

But I'd still rather pop a Molly and jam edm with some bitches any day.

    Rock is dead.

    No. They're the best. Ever.

Chappelle came close with Killing Them Softly, and Louis CK is the best thing going currently.

Neither can touch Eddie in his prime though.
Chris Rock. Richard Pryor. Blacks got a stranglehold on the stand up game.

Have to admit to not knowing the name of a single song of theirs. However, scanning youtube for examples, I do recognize a few, and ya, they're pretty fucking good. Top 10 good? Not so sure. And no I'm not a fag, and yes I do squat to pee but only when I'm also taking a shit. I hope most of you do as well, whether you're a fag (NTTAWWT), or not. The alternative, standing to piss while shitting, seems impractical and messy, unless you like walking around with shit stains running down the backs of your legs, and I'm guessing there are a few in here who would have no problem with that, so have a nut, to each their own. Cheers Rocking Redman.
