I just read the Jake Haener visit report. He said he's coming in to compete for the back up job.

Had a quote about Bridge-Gadd getting the reps in Spring and fall camp will be Haener's time to fight for the job.

Pure speculation, but that sounds to me like Carta-Samuels is leaving.

DBG has a real weird throwing motion, low release and not a lot of zip. I don't profess to being an expert though, just an observation watching warm ups before Stanford.

He does not have a cannon for an arm, but it is better than Jakes. He also throws well on the movel. He is not fast, but he has nice quickness to his game.
