Knights wealth is largely outside of Nike via his well diversified foundation. Foundations are the ultimate tax dodge by ALL of the uber wealthy when they want to sell their stock.
Put another way, if Nike goes to zero, Knight Foundation remains a multi-billion dollar organization.
Look for Nike, like every other manufacturer, to announce a billion dollar domestic manufacturing facility soon, probably in Oregon where unskilled labor is cheap and plentiful. -
