With Taggart, the question is can Oregon be competitive with Washington next year.
With Chip, the question would've been how far does the plunger get shoved up Browning for being a candy-armed and assed quarterback who likes to point at people.
IMO, Taggart will recruit just fine. But talent wasn't' what was missing last year. It was that let's go General Sherman all over Pullman attitude that Kelly brought.
