What the actual fuck? It's no wonder that fucking state is bankrupt. Inmates should only get the minimum medical care required to keep them alive. Especially pieces of shit that have no chance of ever getting out. He should be happy to not be getting the death penalty. If he wants to get fucked, he's got an asshole that should work just fine.
