A. He can't recruit, or turns away recruits due to being Dan. B. Recruits landed regress - or plateau - under his tutelage. C. All of the above.

That said, Cozzetto is not the problem, Sark is. I will say if we have a coach who struggles to sign OL, go out and get a great recruiter to be OL coach. In an ideal situation, we would have a different head coach AND (abundance) a new OL coach.

I'd take a Freshman Olin Kruetz over a 6th year senior Juan Garcia.
Experience is nice but I'll take talent over experience every single fucking day.
Sark is approaching his fourth straight recruiting class without bringing in a 4 star OL(that one guy from AZ will never play a snap here).
