    I'm happy Whitt hired outside his circle. If we ever figure out this QB ~ offense thing our program will take a nice step forward. I'm certain you don't know, but we signed a four star QB for 2018, Jack Tuttle. Until now, it was a total head scratcher. Why the hell would a four star commit to Utah? Turns our, there's a connection between Jack Tuttle and Troy Taylor. The murmur around hear is that this was a done deal a few months ago when Jack committed.

    I probably would over Smith, but this guy will be a pass happy Dykes type. Those guys are in vogue in college football, but these pass happy teams never win shit.

    Oregon was a running team, Stanford was a running team, UW was balanced but the strength was the run game.

    Alabama wins by running. Ohio State won behind Elliot.

    It could be a good hire, but Whittingham should try and blend his smash mouth style with this guy instead of giving him free reign.
