From this, it looks like:

(1) UW shares $6 million with the other 11 teams in the conference;
(2) UW gets $2.16 million for travel expenses for the Peach Bowl; and
(3) If UW beats Alabama it gets another $2.16 million for travel expenses for the Natty (I like to call it that).

UW is not getting $4 million. They are getting $ 2 million and will (hopefully) break even with that.

With another $6 million being split 12 ways.

According to Wikipedia it is $35 million/conference for this Rose Bowl. Of course the reference is the December 2015 media guide which did not have an electronic link so who knows...

I read somewhere that if the Pac-12 got a team into the playoff and Rose Bowl, each school gets around $830,000.

Maybe @TheChart can put something together to show us what that looks like.
