I'm still not sure why FBS football programs are governed by the NCAA. They have no purpose in it.
But hookers and blow with coaches deserves no penalties.
Reality is, NCAA hated the culture Pete Carroll had with agents and shit in the locker room. They had to find something to nail then on. Oh yeah, and west coast bullshit.
