Even if he's healed, Jojo will probably not play unless we have a commanding lead in the 4th quarter and they want to put him in just so he can say he played. He hasn't been able to run or lift weights in a month.

We'll see. If "#coupleweeks" literally means "I'm practicing Dec 20th" that gives him a week and a half to get back into game shape. In that event I bet he plays, maybe even starts.
I doubt that's the case though. -
Pretty sure he isn't even eligible right now, all of his recent Instagram pics have been down in SoCal... if he isn't in school he won't play.

I'm 99% sure he could not play on the team if he wanted to at this point. As @MrsPetersen said, he's not even in the area, and second, he is likely signed with an agent already to start the draft process and get full medical rehab attention. So, yeah.

I was at the game, he was not there. He even posted on instagram (75k flag) of himself with his wife DURING THE GAME at a sunset in California on the coast. He is not with the team anymore.
