It may help readers make the distinction of the real stuff vs. the non confirmed rumors (or your own opinions) if in your posts, you provide a disclaimer.

I love to read your "Thoughts from the week" and "What I am hearing" posts but sometimes I notice people (me included) take some of your posts as real.
