Polls are college football's equivalent of judges in ice skating, dancing with the stars, gymnastics and all other fucktardedly subjective "competitions", no matter how "scientific" someone tries to make their own judgement.
On the field performance in head to head competition is the only objective measure in football. For example, is USC better than UW? Fucken eh they are. And where are they ranked relative to UW? Nuff said. -

Completely agree. There is zero doubt in my mind that USC is better than UW, that UW is better than Utah, and that Utah is better than USC.Southerndawg said:
