Hopefully WSU adopts the UW conduct board process, which most closely reflects what most people consider to be due process in America.

As I read it, Prosecutor has a chance to get a non-felony plea deal by Friday, putting the kid back onto the field to bolster his NFL draft stock so that the kid he hit and took his six pack from ( who may have deserved it) can collect on in civil court later?
