    Fair enough, there aren't many active prisoners, but there are/were still 700,000+ arrests for possession alone in 2014. There are obvious ramifications for having an arrest on your record. I'm very happy to see more legalization and less arrests.

    I'm not saying the war on drugs is over, but Obama telling the DEA to back off of Washington and Colorado in 2012 was very significant. There is a reason why there haven't been raids in recreational states.

    FWIW, I think Trump will continue to support legal states.
