Sark's been underachieving relative to the talent level on the roster for five years now.

He is Ron Zook without receiving the backdoor plunger rape in the Rose Bowl.

Sark's in his 5th year of the standard 5-year plan. He just outplayed the #5 team in the country, he recruits well and is 4-1. WTF you bitching about punk?

If the 5 year plan is to be the Chan Gailey of the west, mission accomplished.

It sounds good until you dig a little deeper

    1) UW has 2 4-star midget WRs (one of whom is looking at other schools) that are having horrible high school seasons Thus far
    2) a recent 4-star OG/DT who has been dropped by his 2 hometown schools and even the biggest of doogs say is unlikely to make it
    3) a DE who is out for the season with a blown achilles

Chan Gailey = Sark door ass out after next year. Wouldnt be against that....unless Sark gets an NFL job this year. Allah willing...

Chan even got an extension after year 5 followed by the door.ass.out. in year 6.

I wouldn't say Erik Brown qualifies for a "midget reciever". He is 6'1.

If Pool Boy wasn't an idiot then Sark could have been Ron Zook of Florida. Shit can Sark last year after the Apple Cup and this team is 5-0 ranked in the top 10. This game would be for the Rose Bowl and an a possible shot at a national title had Pool Boy made the obvious move.

Is that the story on the OG/DT who committed to us? He gave sark a verbal cuz he's the only one who wanted him since he won't qualify? That's a bummer. I read his offer list and got excited we actually got some inside beef that other teams wanted. So much for that.

Because it is impossible for college athletes to add weight onto their frame.

Pretty sure it's just standard around here to refer to WR recruits as midgets. Guys were saying the same thing last year, when the recruits went about 6'4", 6'4", and midget (Ross).

The points about the recruiting class being overrated by the star system is valid for reasons 2 and 3. Plus it is awful warm around here for February.
