I guess I'm in the minority here but I think Dykes is just fine where he is. Granted he's not a good coach and his teams will never scare you but they'll win a few games and surprise a few teams and he's not a complete and utter dreck...although borderline. But Christ guys, it's fucking Cal! What do you expect, that Chip Kelly has his (rape) eyes on that job? It's Sonny fucking Dykes and fucking Berkely. Cal right now and the last few years is pretty much what you expect that program to be.

I hear Chest's guy, Tim Deruyter is tanned, rested and ready. Same with Nuss (praise Allah)
