The B1G is probably the only acceptable conference, and even they have the balls to field teams like Rutgers. The pac 12 is even more embarrassing than the SEC. The SEC is still the best conference. The only other conference that comes close is the ACC, but Clemson lost last year so they can't claim the top spot right now. B1G is better than the Pac and the other big conference is the new big east plus Texas.
Arkansas would win the Pac-12 south. -
