“Washington State University should be in the business of graduating students, not running a parallel criminal justice system with its SCB. It is widely known and publicized that the SCB has had problems for years, and that many students have been treated unfairly. Past President Elson Floyd was in the process of addressing this prior to his passing.
“The state of Washington recognized there was a systemic problem in our educational system and as a result House Bill 1541 received support from both sides of the House. HB 1541 establishes specific policies and strategies to close the educational opportunity gap. Once clause states, “Reduce the length of time students of color are excluded from school due to suspension and expulsion and provide students support for reengagement plans”. The bill was signed by the Governor in March of 2016, and made effective this year in July 2016. The University of Washington quickly adopted the recommendations outlined in the bill, as they already have a policy not to expel students. Washington State did not respond to inquiries regarding this bill.”

I think the other 80-99 kids involved in the drunken frat party that night need to man up and sign this petition and stop being pussy's and costing this conference potentially millions of dollars.

    The Cuog process is fucked.

    Barber broke a kids' jaw.

Just because the process is fucked doesn't mean Barber walks scott-free from any repercussions. The kid's jaw is still broken.

Cuogs have a hard time understanding this.

Resident Cuogs - Please help me understand. Barber sucker punched at least one person MULTIPLE TIMES and KICKED one person in the head while the person was lying on the ground. Thus breaking his jaw.

Why the fuck shouldn't the fucking low life be booted from school and the team?

Help me understand why so many idiot CUOGS and Cuog moms are upset about this.

    Please(?)

The lady who lead the conduct board is one you would find on cap hill screaming through a loudspeaker about castrating men. Shes a bad person who is often mistaken for a man physically. I took a class from her and she taught ethics, where we had to buy 4 textbooks from her for that class without other options. She hates men and is no doubt ultra combatant feminist.

Robert Barver may or may not deserve to be expelled. Suspension yes. But that lady is a cunt whore who can lick my dominant gender, physically superior hairy ass.

Her and the conduct board questioned witnesses who were seen snorting white powder, and the conduct board concurred that that their testimonies were valid because the powder was actually crushed caffeine. Anyone know where I can find a powdered caffeine dealer? Fuck off.

The real crimes in all of this are:

    A) You weren't at the party

    B) You weren't the one on the ground.

Because I have a feeling if Barber, or whoever was doing the kicking, would have did a triple tap and finished the job.

That, does indeed, answer my question.

It does sound extremely logically that the average cuog has no clue what a crime is.

That is really the only possible explanation. Thank you, you fucking moron.
