not even trying to troll but im still confused as to why jabril peppers is so good. i get that espn put him on the cover of their cfb preview so it makes sense they have him high here. quantitatively, his stats arent off the chart and the writeup has a qualitative focus "he can do it anywhere" with two rushing TDs.
