    Brian Kelly seemed a surefire hire as could be. I'm honestly shocked at his failure at ND.

    118-35 at lower div Grand Valley State. 2 national championships, one 2nd place finish. Worst record any season was 8-2.

    Turned Central fookin Michigan into a cradle of coaches. Inherited dogshit, goes 4-7, 6-5, and then 9-4 and wins the MAC by year 3.

    34-6 at Cincinnati, including an undefeated year.

    At ND he has really only exceeded expectations once (year 3, 12-1 with Natty blowout by Bama) in seven years. Maybe the stage just got too big for him.
