Context:
1.0 is worst SRS rating in the Pac10/12, 0.0 is the best.
2016 uses the current SRS scores.
Colors are the school colors (I substituted green for Oregon instead of Cal blue)
Thoughts:
Chip Kelly was a hell of a coach.
Gilby, leader of midgets, was not.
