that I have been really excited for Husky football... I can't remember the last time I was antsy and unfocused, just dooging for the upcoming game. Any sort of let down will definitely result in a melt down...

I was pretty excited about last week, but I was weirdly confident that the Huskies would have a good game, mainly because of how well the Husky defense matched up with Stanford's offense.

I definitely didn't expect the Tree to get the Deliverance treatment they received though.

This week...off the rails.

No. I was hopeful we'd win, excited for a big game, but not in this completely psyched and adhd sort of way.

Last week I was nervous and crazy excited.

All of this overconfidence. I feel like a guy that knows the building he's in is structurally unsound...but is stuck in the middle of the dance floor waiting for the floor to cave in on the people downstairs.
