That's because you're a Doog. Everything that we've learned over the last 15 years says that Stanford wins this game.
Kah Kah!!
Okay, Sven jr.
This place is quickly devolving to Dmc
I agree.
Too many Doogs like you here
Doogs were never able to acknowledge Oregon was a great program because Rose Bowel.
You can't acknowledge Stanford is s great program because playoffs.
You're the doog.
HTH
Oregon wasn't a great program until it list to Auburn in 2010.
They were certainly better than Washington long before then, just like Stanford is better than Washington now.
Someone has to win the conference every year. I probably should give Shaw more credit for beating Mora all the time.
Fair poonts. But make the playoff and tpo is subjective rankings bullshit that you've taught me to hate. At least WARBTPO was based on an objective accomplishment.

It's not that subjective. Stanford had to lose to Northwestern AND lose at home to Mark Fucking Helfrich last year to miss the playoffs. The bar isn't THAT high.

The playoff is absolutely subjective rankings bullshit.
The fact Stanford hasn't made it is because they objectively haven't performed well enough. But making the playoff the standard is still making subjective rankings the standard. Not to mention the playoff has existed all of two years.

There is some subjectivity in the playoff, but given how the XII is clearly the fifth major, the path for Stanford to get there is very objective:
I think we beat Stanford and Oregon, but then lose to Utah and USC.
There is no fucking way we lose to USC. We'll probably lose to Utah or Cal
There's a good chance you're right, but USC might be feeling like "us against the world" and written off by that point, and they've got the athletes to make things happen
UCLA 1990. I was there
I kicked a hole in my bedroom wall after that game. I then took a three hour walk along the back of my parents property to gain some perspective and to avoid getting beaten with the driftwood that my dad kept above the fridge.

I'll play devil's advocate for you. Your inane rage drool posts don't become you.
Shaw has never faced a NC winning coach. Would he fare well in those kinds of games? I'd like to see him get that opportunity in a bowl game instead of 2nd tier programs like Wisconsin, Iowa, Oklahoma St, and Michigan St. Irrespective of how this affected the Pac-12, it was a shame that the Rose Bowl picked them to play Iowa last year when they could have matched them up against Ohio St.

But I really starting to get ill at the lack of respect for asu around here who, let me remind everyone, Washington hasn't beat in 29 years.

Go 12-1 or better.
