reminds me to never forget Sark's 2 signature wins....against 2 back ups Nunes and Corp.

Because I'm feeling pedantic, Nunes was still the starter in 2012. And it's not like Hogan was ever much better.
Only was the starting QB on 3 rosebowel teams, but still...
Could have been National Championship teams with a good QB.
Or a good head coach instead of Black Les Miles.

    Vegas says UW is back.
    -3

    ESPN says 61% UW victory.
    http://www.espn.com/college-football/game?gameId=400869124

    Furd's offense is suspect.
Furd is getting 137 yards passing/game.

First team to 28 pts wins.

If Van Winkle stops betting on the UW games,
    UW will be back.

    We have a GREAT defense

It's a good defense but they should DIAFF for last night. They looked like a Nick Holt D.

Yeah, if they had Watson they would have won the natty. Hogan was a good QB.

    Hyperbole.

D was overall very disappointing, yes, but the adjustments between the first 2 dumpster fire series and the end of the 2H were solid and we effectively stonewalled them during that entire stretch. Nick Holt is way too harsh IMO.

300 yards rushing is a Nick Holt defense.

I'm hearing that historically Washington plays Stanford CLOSE.

Well. Washington does lead the all time series. . . ..

Heard on the P12 network today that both of Furds starting CBs are injured and won't be playing on Friday. Anybody know if this is true? Is about the only glimmer I see.

I actually do like our match up this year against Stanford...

I hate our match up against Oregon though. They will be a better version of what we saw at Zona on Saturday.

I think we beat Stanford and lose at Oregon as a top 5 team. Having Oregon fans storm the field after beating UW a 12th straight time will be special

0-2 is just as likely as 1-1, though I disagree to some extent on Oregon being a better version of what we saw at Zona. Oregon has a better stable of running backs, and a more potent offense in general, but Dawkins is better than North Dakota at that inside zone read crapola. I was really impressed with his work at the mesh point. He made good decisions and did a great job disguising his reads. IMO he executes it better than North Dakota and is a much bigger running threat. It was embarrassing to watch "the best defense in the Pac12" get torched for big plays by that offense.

That's good. Smiff will take advantage of this by running the ball up the middle all game

We won at Arizona. We're off the script now. Teams improve the most between games one and two. We win.
