Bama gets historical preference and the benefit of the doubt because they have a great coach. Ohio State gets the same treatment.

If a program like Houston was undefeated going into the playoffs and happened to he on their 3rd string QB there is zero chance they get in.

I didn't think that getting left out of the BCS in 2000 diminished the Rose Bowl winning season. Watching our DAWGS almost lose every week had most fans thinking we probably weren't top 2 material even with a win over Miami who beat FSU.

We won the Rose Bowl so it did not matter that we didn't beat Oregon

Win some real games and lets doog it up. Then the future could be bright.

What are you talking about Slicer? 12-2 and a loss to Wisconsin is way better than anything that's happened in so long. If this team goes 5-4 again, I am totally done. They become the Mariners to me. I will follow and watch at times, but I'll have no passion, faith or expectations past middle of the pack at all.
