No man, I'm on this new thing called sobriety. It's going great. I feel kind of hazy all the time and have no motivation, but I would still recommend it to anyone. It's awesome.

He could also be a raging functioning alcoholic. I know a few people who can drink all day and act almost completely normal and then have no recollection of the previous day when they wake up.
