Yup just like there was a sceen shot floating around of Kim excusing only getting 2 OL in 2011 saying there is a bumper crop in 2012. He said UW must get a MINIMUM of 7 OL and you should get 10 every two years.

Too bad Sark has yet to get that 10 every two years and Kim hasn't said shit about it.
