During the National Anthem the whole team should wrap their hands around their throats to protest cuoging it oppression. I think it would send a strong message.
If you really think about it, I can't imagine Leach figured he'd be in Pullman more than 3 years. Win 6 games, put up a ton of yards. Get the Craig James stink off him, and take off for a real job. Then after a couple years, he realizes what a dumpster fire he is actually in charge of, and if he couldn't get out after 9 wins last year, he's stuck til Moos decides to quit paying him. So, might as well melt down, make Moos have to fire him, and get back to Florida Keys with another 13 mil or so he's still owed.
"As I have said several years ago, it is possible they are gambling on the games and attempting to influence the outcomes by causing athletes to sit out of games."

Seeing as there aren't any bigger name programs knocking on his door, why the hell would he leave when his contract gets renewed every year, typically with raises? There's essentially zero expectations in Pullman. And he loves living in here.

I might be in the minority on this board, but I think Leach is a good coach; definitely in the top half of the conference, or at least at #6. His air raid attack and consistent coaching philosophy will net him 6-8 wins every year, which will make coogs ecstatic. In my mind, it takes an impressive coach to do that in Pullman. He definitely does fuck up on occasion, ala their bowl game against CSU. But still, he's better than 95% of the coaches they could get to sign a contract on the Palouse.
