It is just a coincidence that his "choice" lined up with the site's interface restrictions.DerekJohnson said:
He didn't quote BY CHOICEYour_Mom said:
Cute, but you seem angry.ThomasFremont said:I'm a dev here. Go fuck yourself.
Sent from my iPhone
And I notice you couldn't quote either.
Again, for the reading impaired... it isn't about which browser comes on the mobile device, its about testing the message boards on a variety of mobile devices.AZDuck said:Safari lol
Chrome.
That's how the big boys do things.

@Your_Mom (not the 1st time I have used that one)
You should lurk around for a little bit and get a feel for the boards. I have this place dialed in so if you have any questions shoot me a PM. -
I agree that responding to a quote should be fixed on mobile devices. I've adapted, but it's a pain.

Not in the middle of the store

This has got to be a whoosh, because you guys are responding just like Kim did.RaceBannon said:Not in the middle of the store
Step it up.
Don't accept mediocrity when it comes to the message board experience on mobile devices. -

Hmm, using my iPhone to quote you and it's not that fucking hard.Your_Mom said:
Have some general feedback... have you considered testing the interface with a wide variety of browsers and devices?
On my iPhone, using Safari, it seems near impossible to respond to a post while quoting.
I had some crisp clever stuff to write today in response to a post, and couldn't. And now the moment is lost.
And can you even start a new topic using Safari on an iPhone?
Fuck!!
I use to criticize scout for their crappy devs... but I thought you guys would do better... not everybody posts from a a Windoze machine...
There are 2 things that do suck.
#1 - when you hit "quote" nothing visible happens. You have to scroll to the bottom to see the new comment box.
B - when you touch your finger to the comment box, the cursor gets stuck in the original text. Hit the "done" button and then touch the comment box where you want to type.
Finally, trying to highlight a word to edit by double-tapping will highlight some other part of the text. You pretty much have to backspace to delete or fix a word. -
Glad to see that some people get it.CFetters_Nacho_Lover said:
