    Let's be honest, Biden's much more in his comfort zone when he gets to speak to other people's ideals than his own.
    That's absolutely true.

    He would just campaign on the coattails of a somewhat popular President to beat a very unpopular opponent.

    Against a competent Republican, this would never work.
