Hi guys,
I'm excited about our matchup in Berkly this week. Finally the Ducks have the chance to showcase their talent against D-1 competition.
I expect a battle. Longshore has overcome a lot down there, and I foresee him having a breakout game against my up-and-coming Duck squad.
Things that worry me: 1) the long ball; our secondary is young (again) but the play hard, 2) the trenches; our lines tend to get pushed around against oversized and oversexed guys from the SEC and Palo Verde (see LSU 2011, Auburn 2010, Stanford 2012) and 3) crowd noise; Cal is really underrrated in terms of noise per fan in attendance, which can easily lead to numerous 3-and-outs for my beloved Ducks.
In sum, here's to a clean game without injury. This game will set the tone for the Pac-12 north crown. If anyone knows Dykes, it is I.
