    That might as well be UW upper campus. Who cares that they pissed away the Sonics or a chance to bring back another NBA team, as long as we can celebrate gender equity is all that matters.

    But what really is gender equity?

    This idea of equal pay for equal jobs is great but how much is really equal?

    It all screams of socialism and treating everybody the same which has been proven throughout history that that doesn't work.

    As for Gonzalez, her Twitter comments last night were beyond offensive to me because while I'll be more than happy to concede to her the point that the Storm can be inspirational role models to girls growing up in the area, what about the same opportunity to the boys growing up in the area with a NBA team?

    What's coming (or allready here in some people's mind) under Gender equity, equal rights for all, etc is the PC way of saying participation awards for everyone just like in grade school where it's a tie and everyone wins, EXCEPT if your a white male in America, then because you've had your chance know get in the back of the line.

    Since I fall into that category (and add old/obsolete as well), it's not me that can change this. As I tell people all the time, America has to decide where they want to go. It appears towards the route Europe has taken (god that has worked out well for them), but I still hold out hope.

    As I tell people all the time, America has to decide where they want to go. It appears towards the route Europe has taken (god that has worked out well for them), but I still hold out hope.
    You'd think people would just need to think about that and realize that perhaps that's not the right path to take
