What, no mention of the Judge's involvement in La Raz, or his setting up scholarships for illegal immigrants? Not to mention the law firm that paid Hillary millions for a few speeches leading the lawsuit?

The judge isn't Mexican? So it's ok when the judge points out his own Mexican heritage as he has done numerous times, but if somebody else says it then it's "racist." Brilliant logic there.
And it's ok that the judge is a member of an organization such as La Raza, a group that thinks anything associated with Trump is just a platform for "hate". Sounds legit....

Mexican is a race now? More brilliant observations...

In Latin America, la raza may emphasize Native American heritage, or it may express Latino (Hispanic) identity (La Raza being short for La Raza Hispánica). Día de la Raza marks the arrival of Christopher Columbus to America. The National Council of La Raza, a Hispanic advocacy group in the United States of America, uses the term.
"La Raza" is a popular song among Mexicans and Mexican-Americans. The Mexican-American rapper Kid Frost recorded and released this song in 1990.
In his 1925 book, La Raza Cósmica (English: The Cosmic Race), Mexican writer José Vasconcelos described la Raza Cosmica as the product of gradual racial mixing that was already underway in the Hispanic world. Vasconcelos believed that eventually all of the people within the former Spanish Empire would be completely mixed into a new race (see also The Race of the Future).

A large majority of Mexicans have been classified as "Mestizos", meaning in modern Mexican usage that they identify fully neither with any indigenous culture nor with a particular European heritage, but rather identify as having cultural traits and heritage incorporating elements from indigenous and European traditions. By the deliberate efforts of post-revolutionary governments the "Mestizo identity" was constructed as the base of the modern Mexican national identity, through a process of cultural synthesis referred to as mestizaje [mestiˈsahe]. Mexican politicians and reformers such as José Vasconcelos and Manuel Gamio were instrumental in building a Mexican national identity on the concept of mestizaje.[14][15]
I love how the idea that, in agreement with current law, we should not let an unlimited number of people migrate from one (or any) country to this one is now defined as "racism". And I wonder what they mean when they say a "Mexican national identity"....

I'm shocked at NBC....just shocked...
It's about as relevant a question, and may have even a little more truth behind it.
But how is he racist?

He's American.
But being active in organizations actively opposed to a litigant in front of you should.
That's ok, I'm sure Donald can get 270 electoral votes from poor white trash alone.
Did I mention La Raza???
