Norman's a douche but I'd be for it. Hard to imagine how they could fit him under the cap. Carolina wanted to pay him $11 million per (which is way under market) and he rightfully scoffed. Market is going to be somewhere between 14-16, I would probably go 14 because he's only really been elite one season. But how can the Seahawks pull that off? Cutting Jimmy Graham might do it, but I'm not sure if he has any injury guarantees in his deal, if he does that's not even an option right now. Otherwise hard to see where the money would come from.

And then you have to ask if there's a level of diminishing returns here - can you afford to pay your starting secondary over $50 million per year when you count your third corner?

I just can't see it. He's going to get $16 mill per year from some shitty franchise like SF or Jax or Washington (hi @whlinder!).
