    Lebron never got Rose and the Bulls' best shot Rose's MVP year. I forgot how much people dick ride Lebron on this site, but Rose's knee injury is akin to Penny going down with the Magic.

    They were incredible talents, but when the knees and everything else started popping, it never was the same.

    Talk shit on Thibbs all you want, who were his big 3? A busted Rose, and aging Gasol, and Luol Deng? Thank god he developed Butler into an All-star. The West is locked up by the Warriors for the next 5 years, but the T-wolves have a chance to make noise and take over after that if they play their cards right. Their off to a good start.

    Penny's a good comp, along with Grant Hill. Sometimes guys just get injured and we? never get to see their best shot at the ring.

    Kind of true. He was always an AAU bitch though. He won his MVP award because the Bulls had a dominant defense and let him have free reign on offense.

    Just to be clear, I meant that I don't think Thibs is overrated. Rose was good, but never at that Lebron tier.

    That's why when he gets fired the same squad misses the playoffs. If coaching matters, that's proof right there.

    If you want to argue he is the NBA equivalent to 7-6 or Mike Riley does more with less, then i'll listen a little more.

    As of right now, I see a guy who never missed the playoffs and did it with a broken shell of a #1, a past his prime #2, and a hodge podge of who? All while battling the front office.
