Truly impossible to believe that the Seattle Yacht Club with all it's wealth and prestage could have any plan whatsoever and allow the past 10 years to happen to our beloved Husky Football. I've been to the SYC's famously overrated pregame brunch a couple of times in the past and you could hear the veins crack.
Woodward and by association Sarkisian work for and are responsible only to the regents and President Young, all of whom for billions of greenback reasons listen only to those deep pocket contributors to The Fund, when they are not being whipped by the UW faculty. It is clear from our getting a new stadium (30 years late) that at least for the moment, The Fund rules....... mostly I believe because of diminishing support in Olympia and that's likely going to continue for awhile if not forever.
The pressure is on Woodward and Sark to win, but not because there's a conspiratorial plan by relative nobodies for a purge at Montlake.
