Bump. The Warriors are OUT.PurpleJ said:
They're gonna choke. I'll bet all my non-existent NBA internet cred on that. I picked the Heat to win one time. People forget that.dnc said:

If I was right I'd tell you how amazing it is for me to be right after not watching the regular season. When wrong (yeahright), I will let you know that you can't expect a casual fan to get this right.

What a fucking series. Crawford playing like he's been there before. Whoever wins this series is going to be the West champ. #MyBlues #MyHawks

It just hurts being right all the time.

The critics will point out that the season series between Stars and Blues was won rather easily by the Blues 4-1 ... what they won't say is that both teams won a game in regulation and STL won all 3 games that went to an OT or shootout. They also won't point out that the 3 games outside of an after XMas back to back home and home, Dallas played St Louis on the back end of a back to back which typically leads to the "schedule loss" for most teams. In contrast, 2 of those 3 games (both of the home games) were games after rest.
In other words, this series should be very close with a lot of ebb and flow between the physicality of the Blues and the speed of the Stars. These teams don't like each other at all. I expect that you will see a series very similar to the Blues/Hawks series but a little more nastiness in it. -
Dialed in, as always.Tequilla said:1. Agree
2. This is standard for the Blues ... they choke every year
3. Winning 3 games in the series in Chicago w Game 6 on a Saturday Night after how they choked this game away ... you are dreaming
4. The Lightning? Why? Because they beat a mediocre Detroit team? Best team in the Eaat is Washington and it isn't close. Blues and Ducks are the two teams I would prefer the Stars avoid ... the rest we have a really good chance to beat
5. SMH

Gutless pussy time to start a fight.
I do like that you linked a fight Benn lost though:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuZy1PQIgrA

He's no Tie Domi

Still a strong fight ... that is one of the few he has lost at the NHL level
You could say it is a "gutless" time to start a fight ... I'd argue that it's exactly the right time for a player of his stature to start a fight ... comes because of actions during the game ... holds people accountable without hurting his team ... sends messages. Which honestly, fighting in the NHL is as much about messages as anything else. -
And if you want to watch a good one, the best of that grouping is the Iginla fight ... one of the best I've seen between two top end players
