sounds like Scott Walker has that law thingy dialed in

I've noticed that unions get away with a lot of unconstitutional shit.

Unions will be the death of this fucking country.
They already killed Detroit once. -
I'm a huge proponent of collective bargaining, but they overstep their bounds far too often. It's sad because I like the idea behind unions. If people have the right to assemble, they also have the right to refuse.

Unions were created because corporations overstepped their bounds.PurpleJ said:I'm a huge proponent of collective bargaining, but they overstep their bounds far too often. It's sad because I like the idea behind unions. If people have the right to assemble, they also have the right to refuse.

Unions and collective bargaining: middle class
There are other factors, but unions were a large one. Now that they've been decimated, the middle class is very weak in this country.
Right to work states are usually backwards ones with a lot of ignorant white trash (basically sec cuntry) or rural western states. They also often times take in more funds from the federal gubment they claim to despise than they pay in. -
On one hand, fuck Scott Walker. On the other hand, the notion of non-union employees having to pay dues is ridiculous. I'm conflicted.

25 states is a lot. It's almost as if they have a valid point.Fire_Marshall_Bill said:Unions and collective bargaining: middle class
