Chris Ash Brings Meyer’s “On Edge” Teaching Methodology to Rutgers
We find out who in a unit (position group) will be the most hydrated. We test their urine weekly. There is a chart on where their hydration needs to be. If they come in and they are over a certain level like 17 or higher, they are not doing what they need to do.Comments

Code red! We have a level 17 urine sample. What do we do?

Onterrio Smith laughs at their methods

I know you are being sarcastic but the elevation at New Brunswick is 62 feet. You can't expect to come into Seattle in early September and not be affected by the elevation change.PostGameOrangeSlices said:Fucking losers

We should start drinking our own urine to be safe. I do it all the time. Leaves me feeling energized and ready to take on the world!

I fucking hate everything in New Jersey. What a shit program Rutgers is. At least they used to have a cool basketball coach.

If Rutgers guido qb throws for more than 100 yards, cancel the athletic department
