Did you actually read the Times article? It wasn't an editorial, it simply reported on what Trump said, and the reacting comments from those in Belgium.

edit; the article is a parade of Belgians calling Trump a dildo for him commenting on the the condition of the city... The city that was just bombed by radical islamists. They couldn't find one person in that city that agreed with his point to get a comment from? -
