I see. The guy who set up Hillary's server has been granted immunity by the Justice Dept. He took the 5th before Congress

Looks like even if she were to be convicted it wouldn't mean any jail time, after the precedent of the Petraeus case. Just a fat fine and probation. Is that unjust? Idk.

Looks like there's a precedent set:

The officials said they think that Petraeus’s actions were more egregious than those of Clinton and her aides because he lied to the FBI, and classified information he shared with his biographer contained top secret code words, identities of covert officers, war strategy and intelligence capabilities. Prosecutors initially threatened to charge him with three felonies, including conspiracy, violating the Espionage Act and lying to the FBI. But after negotiations, Petraeus pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of mishandling classified information.

Really they need to come out and decide prosecute or no. The last thing this country needs is to have an ongoing suit with a presidential nominee. Same deal with Cruz. His eligibility for president needs to be solved, either yes or no.

It looks like Hillary committed felonies so it's time to hook her up and send her to trial.

Cruz is just as eligible as Obama but we now are playing by the rules that let Obama run. I don't think either is eligible but we now have new rules. Natural born to the framers of the constitution was two citizen parents and born in the united states. This prevents kings etc from sending sons over to impregnate a female citizen and then throw their financial weight behind that person to get them into power and rule by proxy. The framers had just finished getting rid of kings etc, and didn't want something like that happening. Unfortunately the respective parties certify if the candidate is legal. Their is no governmental entity that performs that function that I can locate or any record of it being done. The bed is now made so we all get to sleep in it.

Obama was born in Hawaii. Cruz was born in Canada. How are they the same? Not to mention the Cruz deal will end up at the supreme court, this is much larger than a political party deal.

You are some kind of special retard.

Betrayus gave his schedule book to an author of his biography.

Hillary set up a private server at her home, it was not secure, conducted secure business on it then deleted the emails.

    Its exactly the same,

Whether she goes to prison or not, a conviction does not allow her to be President.

Those are all things documented to have been on Hillary's server.

Convictions take time. Like more than 6 months. I'm not sure how that applies here, but maybe HondaFS can tell us.

Only a doog living in Algona, believing it's paradise, would equate these two examples.
