Interesting read on the effect of Scalia's death

However notice that every decision basically comes down to liberal or conservative. Rather than based on constitutional values.

Fuck SCOTUS

Why don't you just come out and say he was murdered?

You're right as far as high profile decisions are concerned (Obamacare, gay marriage, etc.), but SCOTUS being split on liberal-conservative lines for "basically every decision" or even "most decisions" is total fiction.
Just looking at 2015's voting breakdown, the "least agreeable" justice was Alito, and he agreed with the majority SCOTUS judgment 82.4% of the time. This same trend plays out for the other years as well. -
I'd actually like to see that information. Because it seems like every decision that the media brings up is 5-4.GreenRiverGatorz said:You're right as far as high profile decisions are concerned (Obamacare, gay marriage, etc.), but SCOTUS being split on liberal-conservative lines for "basically every decision" or even "most decisions" is total fiction.

However, maybe that's more a function of decisions that come into public light they need to follow the party line. Or the opposite, that the media doesn't make a big deal about 8-1 decisions. -
Pretty sure you're media is lying to you

Holy shit Race. We actually agree on something.RaceBannon said:Pretty sure you're media is lying to you
The question is more, what constitutes media, not that they are lying. -

Wikipedia has information for every year's SCOTUS opinions. Most people just don't give a shit about the majority of the decisions the court rules on. -
I thought you knew wikipedia is not an accepted source around here. You know, facts get in the way of conservative values.GreenRiverGatorz said:
