So what's the big deal is if the Senate doesn't confirm Obama's appointment? Everyone knows Obama is going to pick a giant rainbow cunt waffle who would use our Constitution to wipe his own ass if given the chance.

The Senate should tell Obama to fuck himself and let the SCOTUS remain at 8 old farts until the next one kicks the bucket (hopefully Ginsberg); then it'll be back to an odd number; problem solved.
