I like Rick personally and will always be endeared to him for the Rose Bowl and Hoover Cups but he's not a good coach.

Rick sounds sour, little question that Mora has bettered him at UCLA. Yadda yadda Rose Bowl, but like anything it's a matter of what you've done for me recently, which in his case is nothing.

I am not a Neuheisel fan nor apologist, but he had un-fucking-real bad luck with QBs while he was in Westwood. Part of the reason why his Norm Chow-Pistol offense had full-blown turbo AIDS, rather than just Hep C. -
UCLA is tougher (although still soft) under Mora than Rick. I do agree with Rick though that Mora is a bit of a blowhard with the war face paint players, the Navy Seal workouts, his intense yelling, and all that shit.
No matter how good you think Hundley is, Prince and Breheuit and whoever else Rick played at QB were absolutely terrible. They were bound to be better with Hundley under center no matter who was coaching.
Mora has obviously been better than Rick was at UCLA, but Rick reached a higher peak at both Colorado and UW than Mora has at UCLA. -
